Zanella announces its Spring/Summer 2020 Collection, a presentation that further distinguishes the brand as an exceptional trouser specialist.
Research and innovation drive the Spring/Summer 2020 season. While embracing the artisans and techniques of the past, Zanella employs thoughtful development to ignite modernism. With inspiration from architecture firm Studio KO, expressionist artist, Renato Guttuso and historically rich Tuscan city, Siena, pulling color inspiration from the vibrance of the sunset falling on the distinct pigments of the buildings and soil. Hues are juxtaposed yet balanced through tones of Moroccan Sand and rust, Burnt Sienna and Mimosa, Emerald and Sage and Ash Grey and Denim, all color the Zanella Spring/Summer 2020 canvas.
This collection represents the seventh season that Zanella has introduced newness while maintaining classic styles. Throughout the Spring/Summer 2020 collection, the tradition of expertly handcrafted sartorial trousers is upheld. A new Dress Casual fit masterfully blends the worlds of old and new. Suited for a younger, contemporary audience, the “N” fit offers fuller tailoring around the hips. This fullness then tapers into a slim bottom opening. Articulated in elegant dress fabrics, the “N” fit represents a modern yet timeless moment.
An important focus of the Spring/Summer 2020 collection is innovation with fabric. Utilizing the finest fabrics to date, Zanella prioritizes both quality and luxury. Handloom inspired, exclusive fabrics are offered in a variety of models. Garment dying and thoughtful approaches to color selection was another design priority. From beautiful high twist cloths to exclusive fabrics, texture was rendered in a myriad ways. This rich interpretation of cloth delivers handsome color and substance, complementing the warm weather seasons.
The Spring/Summer 2020 Collection debuted at Pitti Uomo 96 in Florence.
