Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our site.
To return any part of an order initiate a return by sending an email to our Customer Care team to receive a return label for your shipment - Customercare@zanella.com. In your email include your order number, item(s) to be returned and best contact number in case we need to contact you outside of email.
- Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items with original tags and packaging that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for full refund. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
- Please note that we cannot process refunds and are not liable for the returns if the return packages are without necessary documents provided by us.
- Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order. $10 fee per label will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, email to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel your order for any reason.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display only items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we do run out of stock of an item.
Shipping & Delivery
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
- We cannot ship to Puerto Rico and territories situated outside of North America.
- Orders placed using UPS Overnight service that has more than 3 units may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact customer service for additional information.
Be aware that you may be liable to pay customs and sales tax as a customer imports the good(s) to the US and Canada. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order.
Zanella utilizes UPS for all online orders. We offer free standard delivery and easy returns within 30 days. Tracking information is received by email once an order has shipped.
